The Polaris team challenges groups to step outside comfort zones, shift mindsets around leadership and engage in lifting collective behaviours and capability.

Polaris also caters to different ways of understanding and engaging with information. Through concrete experience, reflective observation, abstract conceptualisation and active experimentation, teams work together to build mutual understanding around successful leadership in your organisation.

 

End-to-End Leadership Program

Features can include:

  • an initial strategy session to determine your needs and goals,
  • a 360º feedback tool and assessment with guided feedback,
  • individual and team coaching, and
  • a team offsite and experiential learning session.

The program provides the opportunity to test and experiment with workplace and leadership ideas, in a risk-free environment. Polaris understands people grow when moved out of their comfort zone, so we take your team through ‘experiential learning’ in the form of a residential off-site. Leaders are removed from everyday demands, allowing them to focus on learning and development, strengthening relationships with others and raising self-awareness.
